The 26 postures of bikram yoga with a twist, hot 26 is a mixture of static balancing asanas in the standing series and strengthening static asanas in the floor series. This is a nice class for those who are beginning hot yoga, to help build strength, balance and flexibility. Class is taught in english. Not available online. Please wear summer style training/yoga clothing Please bring with you Yoga mat Large water Towel Dry change of clothes for after class. **it is recommended to avoid eating a meal minimum 2 hours before this class**
